Paul has spent the last two decades working with some of the worlds largest enterprises to improve how they communicate, how they work, how they grow, how they manage their data and how they keep themselves secure.  He has a passion for understanding the fundamentals of each business – products, culture, place in the market – and providing insight and action to help them improve their capability.

Having started his career in the music industry, Paul worked with a variety of consulting organisations who supported the business with specialist advice (particularly at the dawn of digital music) he was drawn to a career helping businesses across all disciplines and industries. 

Over the last 20+ years he has worked for some of the biggest consulting firms including Accenture, Gartner Consulting and PA Consulting. During that time he has headed up capabilities in assurance, digital and data as well as focusing his expertise in retail and media.

Paul has worked for CEOs from £30m businesses right up to £120b on world of the worlds largest infrastructure projects. He understands common themes for successfully transforming a business and has been instrumental in course-correcting large programmes and strategy.
