During John’s career, he spent twelve years, including seven as a Partner, at two top ten accountancy firms. John’s expertise extends to designing and leading multi-award-winning scale-up programs, offering a suite of innovative solutions and services tailored to assist ambitious owners and management teams of fast-growing businesses.

One of John’s remarkable accomplishments was the creation and successful implementation of a 5-year strategic plan aimed at cultivating growth processes, behaviors, and infrastructure. This visionary approach resulted in a remarkable 32% increase in revenues during that period.

John’s current roles includes head of growth at a £100m professional services business, and is an Executive Coach at Vistage, the world’s largest private advisory group for CEOs and business owners. John is also a visiting fellow at the Bettany Centre for Entrepreneurship, Cranfield University
